Senior Workers' Compensation Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its team in Los Angeles, CA. Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients throughout the workers' compensation process.
• Conduct in-depth research on legal matters, developing strategic approaches tailored to client needs.
• Represent clients in hearings, negotiate settlements, and foster strong, positive relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to gather evidence and prepare compelling cases.
• Analyze legal issues and prepare detailed documentation to support case strategies.
• Manage and organize a caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality client service.

Requirements:

• Experience in workers' compensation law.
• Must hold an active California State Bar license and be in good standing.
• Proven experience handling complex workers' compensation cases and legal proceedings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the California State Bar.
