Duties

  • Provide legal counsel to property owners on fair housing regulations, security deposit litigation, and other related matters.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and assist in developing strategies for resolving disputes.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure all legal documentation is up-to-date.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required, making this an ideal position for a recent law school graduate or individuals transitioning into legal practice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
