Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in employment law matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and labor disputes.

• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings related to employment disputes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, specializing in employment law.
• Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining a portable book of business exceeding $300,000.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
