Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and responses.
• Administer depositions, issue interrogatories, and review documents during discovery.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Appear in court to represent clients and argue cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal support.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of litigation experience in New York, focusing on casualty defense, premises liability, and automobile liability.
• Active license to practice law in New York.
• Strong academic background with a demonstrated ability to perform in a high-pressure environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
