Litigation Associate Attorney

Fort Worth office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in cases of diverse subject matter and wide-ranging degrees of complexity. Should ideally have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be capable of handling all aspects of the litigation process, including conducting written discovery, taking, and defending oral depositions, participating in hearings, preparing responsive pleadings and dispositive motions in addition to being responsible for case assessment regarding liability and damages, and management of client reporting.
