Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Job Overview: A Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join their team in a full-time hybrid position. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, preparing and presenting motions in court, conducting trials, and conducting depositions. While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel for court appearances, mediations, and other related events is required.

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, advocating for their best interests.
• Prepare and present motions in court, ensuring legal strategies are aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct trials, presenting compelling arguments and handling witness testimonies.
• Conduct depositions and prepare clients for deposition.
• Manage case files, including all legal documentation, correspondence, and evidence.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress and developments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in personal injury law and trial advocacy.
• Strong experience preparing and presenting motions in court.
• Proficiency in conducting depositions.
• Ability to travel as needed for court appearances and mediations.
• Strong trial skills with the ability to handle complex legal cases.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively while ensuring attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the relevant state (required).

Skills:
