• Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage all aspects of written discovery, including document production and review.

• Collaborate with senior associates and partners in preparing for trials and hearings.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, legal risks, and case management.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and other litigation proceedings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and effectively communicate case developments.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Proven experience drafting pleadings and managing written discovery.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal communication skills.
• A commitment to high-quality legal work and client service.
• Must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar.
