Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury defense matters, handling cases from start to finish

• Prepare and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to strategize case approaches
• Manage a caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of legal practice
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure informed legal representation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in personal injury defense or related practice areas
• Strong litigation skills with a demonstrated ability to handle cases from inception to resolution
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in the state of New York
