• Position: Mid- To Senior Associate Attorney

• Experience: 3-5 years in energy regulatory litigation and/or commercial litigation

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on energy regulatory matters and commercial litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Assist in the preparation of hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on regulatory and litigation matters.
• Collaborate with regulatory colleagues and client subject matter experts to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Manage case files and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas.
• 3-5 years of experience in energy regulatory and/or commercial litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
