A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Global Franchise and Supply Network Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in franchise and distribution law, including drafting and structuring franchise agreements, assessing franchise contract issues, and handling international development and cross-border transactions. Duties:

• Develop and structure franchise and distributor programs.
• Assess and provide counsel on various franchise contract and relationship issues.
• Draft franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements.
• Perform state registrations for franchise operations.
• Negotiate supply contracts and other transactions.
• Assist in franchise dispute resolution.
• Handle international development and cross-border transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of franchise and distribution laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in franchise and distribution law.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating franchise agreements.
• Experience with state franchise registrations and compliance.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
