Duties

• Assist in developing litigation strategies for complex, precedent-setting cases.
• Provide analysis and guidance on appellate procedure and legal trends.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in legal research, writing, and appellate advocacy.
• Judicial clerkship experience, preferably with a federal or state appellate court.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-stakes cases simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
