Duties

  • Case Management:

  • Legal Research and Drafting:
    • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and pleadings.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, guidance, and legal counsel as needed.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work alongside senior attorneys and support staff in a team-oriented environment to achieve favorable client outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Participate in ongoing training in various practice areas, including client base development if interested.

Requirements

Experience

  • A fast learner with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in legal writing, advocacy, or client service is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in civil litigation, real estate, business law, or trust and probate law is desirable.

Skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent legal writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
