Duties:

• Handle negotiations and settlements for personal injury cases.
• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation, ensuring effective case strategy and client communication.
• Collaborate with an intake team to gather and organize case data and medical records.
• Work with lien specialists to handle Medicare and Medicaid issues.
• Assist paralegals and assistants in leading clients through various stages of the case.
• Ensure timely communication with clients, adjusters, and legal professionals.
• Maintain detailed case files and documentation.
• Participate in case strategy development and settlement discussions.
• Attend hearings or trials as needed for case resolution.
• Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on case negotiations and settlements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills with clients, adjusters, and legal professionals.
• Proficiency in managing a high volume of cases and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent computer, analytical, and database management skills.
• Willingness to engage with clients and other professionals in person and by phone.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
