Lateral Attorney needed for Temecula office

Temecula office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a lateral attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate should have CT and/or NY state court experience. Should have proven comparable experience with a law firm, or as corporate counsel for an insurance carrier or broker. Prior litigation experience preferred, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and motion practice. Complex commercial litigation experience is favored, with an emphasis on Construction and Insurance Coverage. The ability to analyze and draft complex contract terms is essential, with emphasis on insurance and general risk transfer essential. Must have current admission to Bar; Connecticut and/or New York Bar Admission preferred.

The candidate should have JD from an Accredited Law School. A high intelligence, problem solving abilities and creativity are essential. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment needed. Strong organization, time management, and project management skills essential.
