Associate Attorney needed for Orange office

A law firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join their team in Orange, CA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. This position requires membership in the California State Bar or recent completion of the CA Bar exam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide accurate legal advice.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing legal counsel and updating them on case progress.
• Assist senior attorneys with case preparation and court appearances.
• Review and analyze case files, documents, and evidence to develop legal strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, including all relevant documents and correspondence.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas.

Requirements:

• Membership in the California State Bar or recent completion of the CA Bar exam and awaiting results.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Excellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Certifications:
