The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in private offerings, general venture capital, and tech company corporate transactions within a major law firm. This role demands a passion for and keen interest in crypto blockchain technology and businesses, coupled with excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills.

Duties:

  • Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues related to blockchain and cryptocurrency.
  • Draft and negotiate agreements related to blockchain technology and cryptocurrency transactions.
  • Conduct legal research on emerging issues in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
  • Provide counsel on compliance with federal and state laws, including securities regulations.
  • Represent clients in regulatory matters and disputes involving blockchain and cryptocurrency.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm on complex corporate transactions involving tech companies and venture capital.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency regulations.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and training on blockchain and cryptocurrency legal issues.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm, specifically in private offerings, venture capital, and tech company corporate transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in crypto blockchain technology and businesses.
  • Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Membership to the State Bar of California.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic record.

Certifications:

  • Membership to the State Bar of California.
