A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Antitrust and Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney for their Princeton office. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

 

Job Overview:

  • Provide legal representation to clients in antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for hearings and trials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

 

Duties:

  • Represent clients in antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Assist with case management and strategy development.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working on antitrust and class action defense litigation.
  • Strong understanding of Federal Court litigation procedures.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
