Duties:

• Handle commercial litigation matters, primarily related to real estate and business law.
• Represent clients in disputes involving contracts, partnerships, and business operations.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pre-litigation, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with other attorneys on complex cases and legal strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Provide legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record of managing and litigating complex cases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local and state laws relevant to commercial and real estate litigation.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
