The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a caseload, preparing clients for interviews, and providing comprehensive legal support in various immigration matters. Duties:

• Handle a variety of immigration cases, including CP/Waiver, I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa cases.
• Guide clients through their consulate interviews and provide thorough preparation.
• Represent clients before USCIS.
• Review and prepare immigration applications and packets.
• Supervise and collaborate with a team of paralegals to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Conduct legal analysis to determine potential benefits for clients’ cases.
• Draft and submit legal briefs for various immigration matters.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of immigration law experience.
• Strong record of progressing legal cases and managing caseloads effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the firm’s success.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with consular processing applications and waivers is essential.
• Familiarity with case management software is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
