Job Overview: A law firm located in New York City, NY, seeks an associate to join its prestigious Infrastructure practice. This role focuses on infrastructure projects, particularly within public-private partnerships (PPP) and alternative delivery methods. Ideal candidates will have 3-7 years of experience in the infrastructure sector.

Duties:

• Collaborate closely with clients in the infrastructure sector.
• Represent equity investors, financing parties, and contractors in various projects.
• Manage the full life-cycle of infrastructure projects, including M&A and financing.
• Draft and review P3 concession agreements, DB, and O&M contracts.
• Navigate competitive procurement processes with public owners.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure law.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of New York is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of New York.
