• Handle various aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and hearings.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop legal strategies.
• Manage a caseload with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality client service while balancing workload.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Strong writing and motion practice experience.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a member of the California Bar.
• A client-focused and collaborative attitude.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar license (required).
