The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of expertise in ERISA, tax, and employee benefits law. Strong knowledge of ESOPs or equity compensation plans is an added advantage. Duties

  • Perform comprehensive legal research and provide analysis for various litigation matters.
  • Prepare precise and well-crafted legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings such as court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Oversee and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely progression of cases.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on intricate and sophisticated legal issues.
