• Independently manage a caseload from inception to trial
• Draft and file legal motions
• Conduct paper discovery and depositions
• Represent clients in mediation

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York State Bar
• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury law

Education:

Certifications:
