Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A leading law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with a minimum of two years of experience in securitization, structured finance, or transactional law. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to an innovative legal team focusing on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and other high-level financial transactions. The position involves working with prominent global clients, including major asset managers, equity investors, and top-tier financial institutions.

Duties:

• Advise clients on structured finance transactions, particularly in the CLO and securitization spaces.
• Collaborate with clients to structure, negotiate, and close sophisticated financial deals.
• Provide strategic guidance to asset managers, equity investors, and underwriters.
• Draft and review complex transactional documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments in structured credit.
• Support business development initiatives through research and client interaction.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of transactional legal experience, ideally in securitization, structured finance, or related fields.
• Strong interest in developing expertise in the CLO space.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial transactions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Pennsylvania preferred).
