Trial Attorney

A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to manage the litigation department. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in personal injury, car wrecks, trucking accidents, and slip and fall accidents, and be comfortable going to trial.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the litigation department.
• Lead by example in pushing cases forward and going to trial.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
• Ensure effective case management and client representation.
• Draft, review, and file motions and briefs.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses to build strong cases.
• Drive cases to resolution through effective litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts in Texas.
• Provide leadership and strong team management within the litigation department.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice in both state and federal courts in Texas.
• Extensive experience in personal injury, car wrecks, trucking accidents, and slip and fall accidents.
• Excellent motion and brief writing skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven ability to drive cases to resolution.
• Comfortable going to trial and leading litigation efforts.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
