Duties:

• Manage litigation cases from inception through trial, including all phases of discovery.
• Represent clients in both state and federal courts.
• Handle cases related to catastrophic injuries, ensuring thorough preparation and expert handling.
• Engage in trial proceedings with the opportunity for second-chair experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine case strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing case updates and legal advice.

Requirements:

• 1-7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on catastrophic injury cases.
• Proven trial experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and ability to work well within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of California.

Skills:

• Litigation expertise, especially in handling commercial liability, personal injury, and contractual disputes.
