Generalist Associate Attorney

A law firm located in Carlsbad is seeking a highly motivated Generalist Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to various practice areas, including Business Facilities and Real Estate, Labor and employment, Students and Special Education, Higher Education, and Litigation. The role requires exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, along with active membership in the State Bar of California.

Duties:

• Work across diverse practice areas, including Business Facilities and Real Estate, Labor and Employment, Students and Special Education, Higher Education, and Litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide comprehensive support to senior attorneys.
• Handle a varied caseload and assist with client matters in a collaborative environment.
• Engage in case analysis, strategy development, and legal consultations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments in assigned areas of practice.
• Attend court proceedings, hearings, and client meetings as needed.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Must be a member of the State Bar of California.
