Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and opinions.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a range of education-related issues.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure effective legal solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all cases and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
  • 1-3 years of experience in education law, governmental law, or related practice areas.
  • Strong research and writing skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
