Banking Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Represent borrowers, arrangers, agents, and lenders in banking transactions.
• Manage acquisition finance, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, fund finance, trade finance, and other commercial loan transactions.
• Handle secured transactions and have proficiency with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
• Collaborate effectively within a team and engage in complex legal problem-solving.
• Ensure accurate, clear, and concise communication in both written and oral formats.

Requirements:

• U.S. J.D. degree.
• Active admission to the New York State Bar.
• Experience class of 2018 - 2021.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills:

• Expertise in U.S. domestic and international banking transactions.
• Knowledge of acquisition finance, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, fund finance, and trade finance.
• Proficiency in secured transactions and familiarity with the UCC.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach to client service.
