Litigation Family Law Attorney

A law firm in Midvale is seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney to manage family law cases, provide excellent client service, and contribute to practice enhancement.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from start to finish
• Deliver superior customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
• Make recommendations for practice improvement to practice managers
• Track accomplishments and client satisfaction metrics through practice quality software

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• Preferably have experience as 1st chair in family law cases
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Utah
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software

Experience:

2-5 years of litigation experience

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

Certifications:

Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
