Duties:

• Negotiate settlements in the best interest of clients.
• Work closely with colleagues to devise case strategies and contribute to complex legal issues.
• Attend client meetings, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the legal process.
• Keep updated on legal regulations and changes impacting client cases.
• Oversee multiple cases, ensuring timely progression and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Admission to practice law in the state of California.
• In-depth knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and relevant case law.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Capable of analyzing complex legal issues and developing practical solutions.
• Experience with drafting legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.
• Ability to operate both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in California.
