Duties:

• Attend court hearings and mediations.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions.
• Review legal petitions and discovery documents.
• Draft motions, summaries, and other legal documents.
• Provide client updates through phone calls and emails.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervising attorneys.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in legal practice.
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a variety of legal tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Bar (Required).
