Duties:

• Represent injured clients in legal matters with a focus on empathy and effectiveness.
• Evaluate potential new client cases, assessing facts and evidence.
• Ensure compliance with legal processes and inter-office protocols during clients' medical treatments.
• Negotiate settlements and oversee the finalization of settlement disbursements.
• Perform management and leadership functions as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or currently awaiting Character & Fitness.
• Previous experience in plaintiff personal injury cases is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume legal setting.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar.
