Litigation Associate

A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate to join its growing team in Denver. This position is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation. The successful candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent writing abilities, and experience managing document production. Duties:

• Manage complex commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Participate in document review, production, and management for large litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and motions.
• Assist in deposition preparation, witness interviews, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
• Work closely with clients to provide updates and counsel on legal matters.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial and business litigation.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in managing document production for complex litigation cases.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice (Colorado, if based in Denver).
