Duties

  • Lead and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing deals.
  • Work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice in real estate law.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate investments, such as purchase agreements, loan documents, and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and business teams to support the firm's real estate investment objectives.
  • Research and analyze complex legal issues related to real estate and investment funds.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all matters are addressed timely and professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of substantive experience in real estate law, specifically acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
