Duties:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
• 1-3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance matters.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and transactional legal principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
