The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of title examination experience in North Dakota and demonstrate exceptional writing skills.

Duties:

• Prepare detailed title opinions for oil and gas projects in North Dakota.
• Conduct thorough title examinations and research to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to provide legal advice and support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in legislation.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in North Dakota oil and gas title examination.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Proven analytical abilities to assess complex legal issues.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with the ability to obtain admission in North Dakota.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:
