Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in healthcare law.
  • Strong understanding of peer review statutes, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and Joint Commission standards.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed memoranda.
  • Strong work ethic and a collaborative approach to working with medical staff and colleagues.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
