Mid-Level Private Equity Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Mid-Level Private Equity Associate Attorney with significant experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Duties:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience advising on private equity transactions.
• Prior experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC environment preferred.
• Admission to practice law in California (CA).
• Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated business judgment and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive and influential abilities.
• Proficiency in research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking.
• Effective management skills to handle complex legal matters and client relationships.
