The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in M&A, including drafting and negotiating key documents, managing deal processes, and supervising junior associates. Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary M&A documents
  • Manage M&A deal processes from inception to close
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates on M&A transactions
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle client communications
  • Manage day-to-day workflow on M&A-related matters
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills
  • Experience managing M&A deals and client relationships
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior attorneys
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Washington (or eligibility to apply)
