A law firm is seeking a Junior - Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate Attorney for their Sacramento, CA, location. Duties:

• Manage all aspects of patent litigation, including written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation, etc.
• Conducted legal research, analyzed complex legal issues, and provided strategic advice to clients.
• Assist senior attorneys in case management and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in New York.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
