  • Draft and review substantive correspondence.
  • Oversee and approve documents prepared by paralegals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law.
  • An active member of the Minnesota Bar.
  • Ability to make clients feel comfortable sharing personal and sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal technology tools.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
