A law firm is seeking a motivated Transactional Attorney to primarily focus on transactional work while also engaging in some commercial litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional client service and a strong foundation in commercial real estate, corporate matters, and creditors’ rights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various transactional documents, including contracts, leases, and corporate agreements.
  • Assist clients with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate matters, including formation, compliance, and governance.
  • Support clients in creditors’ rights matters, including collections and bankruptcy issues.
  • Conduct legal research to support transactional and litigation strategies.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and discussions to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure understanding and satisfaction with legal services.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and transactions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar.
  • 1-5 years of experience in transactional law, commercial real estate, corporate matters, and creditors’ rights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial litigation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of real estate and corporate law practices.

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
