Mid-level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Job Overview:
A well-regarded law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its growing Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation practice group. Location:

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of IP litigation, including discovery, pre-trial preparation, depositions, and trial support.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research to develop litigation strategies and advise clients on IP matters.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other practice groups within the firm.
• Advise clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property.
• Assist in business development efforts and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Technical background in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• No specific certifications required, but technical expertise is highly preferred.
