Baltimore office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate and transactional attorney with 3-5 years of experience. Prior transactional experience related to transportation and logistics is a plus. Experience with billing hours is highly desired. Must have experience in corporate, contract, general counsel, or employment practice. The candidate will be drafting a variety of commercial agreements and advising clients on corporate, contractual, and/or employment matters. Maryland bar is required.
