Remote Trial Attorney

• Represent clients in trials and hearings
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes
• Work collaboratively with legal teams and support staff
• Engage in settlement negotiations and other resolution strategies

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Bar membership in good standing
• Proven experience in conducting trials and handling depositions
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently
• Experience with insurance coverage or corporate law is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in at least one U.S. state
