Job Overview A law firm seeks a knowledgeable and driven attorney to provide legal services in pre- and post-foreclosure matters, including litigation, title curative actions, probate, bankruptcy, and evictions. The role focuses on mortgage default-related legal processes, offering the opportunity to apply your legal expertise to complex issues while representing the firm across Mississippi and neighboring jurisdictions.
