Job Overview: A law firm in Honolulu, HI is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney with expertise in real estate, finance, and corporate law. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel in real estate, finance, and corporate law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Advise clients on legal risks, business structures, and compliance issues.
• Participate in transactional negotiations and handle dispute resolutions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of legal services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-6 years of legal experience, preferably in transactional matters related to real estate, finance, and corporate law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal issues and provide clear, concise legal advice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the State of Hawaii or eligibility to obtain one.
