Job Overview: A respected law firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Fund Finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, particularly with a background in finance law.

Duties

• Manage and support fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring team.
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex finance-related agreements and documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support strategic decision-making in transactions.
• Provide regular communication and strategic advisement to clients on fund finance matters.
• Ensure all finance transactions comply with legal standards and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in transactional law, with finance law experience preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong research and analytical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in the candidate’s state of residence.
