A law firm in Bellevue, WA is seeking a skilled Attorney with expertise in business immigration law. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting non-immigration and immigration applications, including PERM filings. This role involves supervising legal assistants, managing client relationships, and developing legal strategies to meet clients' immigration goals.

Duties:

  • Prepare, review, and submit non-immigration and immigration applications, including PERM filings.
  • Supervise and provide internal training to legal assistants.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain timely communication with clients.
  • Research immigration policies, procedures, statutes, case laws, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve clients' immigration objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and firm procedures.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple legal matters effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide accurate and detailed legal documentation and case management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business immigration law, particularly with PERM filings, EB1A, and NIW.
  • Proven strong case management experience.
  • JD or LLM with admission to any U.S. State Bar.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple matters efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to any U.S. State Bar.
